Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them only to answer the message.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary server logs containing IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps maintain the service and shows which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
The limited information described above supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell visitor lists nor create profiles of individual users.
Privacy on Linked Websites
Links lead to government portals, Harford County and Maryland records offices, library collections, and outside search services. Each destination applies its own privacy policy. Information entered there is governed by that site's rules, including data submitted through sponsored search results supplied by another company.
Who Might See Your Data
Hosting and support providers process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information when valid legal process requires it and do not otherwise share visitor data.
How Information Is Protected
An encrypted connection serves the site. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the uses stated above. Since there are no user accounts, the site holds no visitor password or account profile.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor may have submitted such information so it can be deleted.
Your Privacy Rights
The Maryland Online Data Privacy Act, effective October 1, 2025, gives eligible Maryland residents rights that may include access, correction, deletion, and opt-out choices for covered personal data. Because we hold very little, a request generally involves checking contact messages and server logs and removing responsive data where required. Submit a request through the Contact page. Public records maintained by Bel Air South, Harford County, or Maryland offices are beyond our control, and MODPA excludes publicly available information from its personal-data definition. Requests about an official record belong with its custodian.
Policy Changes
Any revised policy will appear here. Continuing to use the service after an update indicates acceptance of the new version.
